It depends on how long your video is. In general, the subtitles are completed within four working days even though sometimes slight delays may occur.

Subtitles are usually delivered as .str files although it is possible to provide other file types such as .vtt for no additional cost. Let us know about your specific needs!

Yes we can, even though in most cases it is something we don’t recommend. If in your situation it makes sense to have burnt-in subtitles we can provide this for an additional cost.

Unfortunately we can only transcribe and subtitle videos that are recorded in English.
