In April of 2019, we went to Egypt with the mission to build hydroponic farms on Cairo’s rooftops and enable people to grow cheaper, healthier food directly at home. We thought it would be the perfect opportunity to try something new, so we decided to document the whole experience and tell that story in a film. It was an intense filming experience that taught us a lot about guerilla filmmaking and how to manage a film production in less than ideal conditions.
